While watching some stand up comedy is (kind of careless) doing my nails and a very cool effect was the result ö (or what I see as a cool effect :p )
It makes me think of an old bassin that we had at home when I was younger... Not the coolest thing to resemble to.

That's so cool. I never think of putting a glitter down and then a sheer or colored polish. It reminds me of Deborah Lippmann Candy Shop-type polish with the opaque base and the glitter underneath.
