I won the Liebster award! Awesooooome

Hi everyone :)

"So you think you paint"blogger Shannon and Krystal from "Nailtastic" passed me the Liebster award! Hoooooraaaaaay !!

It's an award for relatively new bloggers who have less than 200 followers, to get some more love, followers and support! How great is that :)

The rules are:
1. Each person must post 11 things about themselves. (Takes me ages to figure out what to say)

So here are 11 things about me:
1. I love cheese, especially cheese sauce with ham. OMNOMNOMNOM
2. Everytime I see glitter (in any form) I really have to control myself not to buy it. I feel sooooo attracted to everything that glitters :D
3. The ringtone on my cell is 'We built this city' from Startship. I'm just an eigthies music lover. Can't help it.
4. I cry during almost every book I read, every film I see. It's stronger than myself. The worst tearjerking film I know is Hachiko, cried my heart. I probably missed half of the film because of crying.
5. My godfather and aunt live in Düsseldorf; so 2 or 3 times a year, I'm spending some days over there, and pirate the €1 shop and DM.
6. I'd do anything for a fresh (salty german) pretzel. Oh gooooood ♥
7. During my last exams, I discovered that Klara continuo (belgian classical radio channel) uses the same playlist over and over again! Shocking O.o  (I know nobody cares :p)
8. The last cds I bought/got as a present are 'Louder than Bombs' from The Smiths and 'Wild Mood Swings' and 'Pornography' from The Cure
9. I dream really lively. The last crazy dream I had was about the father of my boyfriend. He was in fact Robert Smith, but than a lot browner, and he owned a truck full of suspension base, glitter, pigments and toys. It was amazing.
10. I love cooking. Desserts, cookies and cupcakes are my favourites.
11. DIY is something I really like to do, eventhough I doesn't always work out the way I want to. I love the idea of making something new and useful out of something you were going to throw away.

1. If money were no object and you could get any polish from all of time and space, which one would it be?

• Oooh god, I really don't know, I guess I would go for a really good black holo, like OPI's my private jet? Or a beautiful black or golden glitter? Too hard to choose!

2. What do you like most about this community?

• Polish isn't seen as something just superficial... It's a hobby for me and the 'community' gives me the feeling that I'm not the only one ;)

3. What was the last book you read?

• That would be 'The love of my life', but I cannot remember the wrighter.

5. Which alternative supernatural reality would you most want to live in out of the following and why? True Blood, Walking Dead, Supernatural, Vampire Diaries? Which would you want to live in the least?

• I only know the vampire diaries ( I think I saw 2 episodes) and True Blood (I love it). So I guess I'll prefer to live in the world of true blood? And I'm not saying which one I would want to live in the least. It wouldn't be fair to judge over something I don't know...

6. Apple products - yeah or nay?

• Absolutely yeaaaah! I love the smell of apple products; njum !

7. Where do you purchase most of your polishes?

• In the drugstore 'Kruidvat'... The only store that actually carries affordable and fun nail polish.

8. What color are your eyes?

• Dark brown

9. If you could only read one nail blog for the rest of time, which would it be?

• I think I'd pick Nailside I think, it's so clean, simple and perfect at the same time :p

10. Favorite polish maker?

• I know it sounds cheap, but I think I'd go for Essence. It's easily available for me, they bring out fun LE and TE and it's affordable!

11. Favorite quote?

1. What is your favourite band/artist

• The smiths and The cure 

2. What is your favourite cartoon character.

• I choose Eyeoor :D (not a really a cartoon, but let's act like I don't know)

3. What do you miss most about being a kid

• Playing outside with my friends, with no homework, exams or worries

4. WHat is your biggest lemming at the moment?

• I got my spectraflair topcoat, whom was my biggest lemming. Right now I really want to see the new essence polishes... But I don't want any specifically.

5. If you could spend the day with one fellow polish blogger or anyone you admire that is great with nail art or just would love to play with their polishes (hehehe) who would it be.

• I think I would choose 'Nihrida'. She has a thing for ebayjewelry like me and seems to me such a kind person. (And her nails look soooo perfect.)

6. Person you admire the most?

• All the moms (and dads) who have a career, and take care of their family at the same time.

7. Have you done much travelling? If so, where have you been?

• Haven't done that much travelling, but I already have seen a bit of the world. Tunesia, France, Germany, Spain, Holland...

8. What would you call your personal style?

• Eclectic?

9. Have you ever dyed your hair a funky, weird color?

• Yes, I like to dye some pieces of my hair dark green :)

10. Favourtie food/snack?

• Chocolate and cheeeeeeese (especially cheese sauce)

11. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be

• I would change the fact that I constantly forget stuff :(
