Quicklaaay reviewed: Orly - Androgynie

Hi everyone :)

 Today some pretty dark glitterpolish. Chips too soon (I had it on for one day) and the polish looks prettier in the bottle. But I read on another blog that you can use little tricks to make it prettier.

Application was good. I used two coats, but you can still see (in the sun) that it isn't opaque everywhere.

Like it, but a bit disappointed.

Quicklaaay reviewed: Bourjois - Rose innocence

First of all. I needed 2 minutes to find out how I opened it, but once you got it, it' s easy and handy!

Bourjois' Rose innocence lipstick (sweet kiss naturel collection) is a pinkish nude with a very subtile golden. Normally I never wear nudes on my lips because my lips have almost no colour so never really interfere with heavier eyelooks.

Because I knew I wasn't going to grab this lipstick often out of my lipstickbasket I've put it in my purse and hoped I would wear it time to time if it passed my eye.

And I do! It gives that little bit more to your lips and doesn't overpower, doesn't dry out your lips, stays on quiet well and smells quiet good.
I think I wouldn't purchase it myself, but it's a good product :)

Quicklaaay reviewed: Hard candy - Beetle

Hi everyone :)

I was/am crazy about this polish! So glad I got it (bought it on a blogsale) :)
The polish is a beautiful duochrome shifting from purple to olive green to a sort of golden bronze... Njom!
"The Beetle" goes on like a charm (rather thin) and covers in two to three layers. Duochromy effect is gorgeous! Too bad I already had tipwear after one day, eventhough I used 2 coats op topcoat :(

But I can life with that.

 So coooool ! :D

Quicklaaay reviewed: Eye pearls Bourjois - 61 Création

Hi everyone :)

I showed you in a previous post this palette that I got from Bourjois...
Briefly said, the swatches I made were rather disapointing...Colour came of but it wasn't as pigmented as I expected. I 've used the palette 2 times and the more I use it the more colour shows off on my eyelid.

The middle colour on the upper row is quiet interesting. At first site, it seemed that it was just another dull greysilver. BUT IT ISN' T ;o
The dark grey contains a lot of beautiful shimmer (red green blue) but not noticable in the swatch...

I' m not saying it's a waste buying it, but I personally wouldn't buy it. (I'm still happy I got it for free ;D )

Quicklaaay reviewed : Someone like you - Essence

Hi everyone :)

I picked this one up not only for the colour but mainly for the name :p I wasn't really looking for a dark brown cream, but I saw the name, considered it, bought it.

Goes on like a charm, 2 layers make perfect opacity sure. The only problem is that the colour almost looks black on yr nails... I find it so hard to find a good dark vampy colour that tends to look black but doesn't ... (if that made sense ... )

What to do if you don't find the one you want: Mark your polishes

Hi everyone :)

I just wanted to show you a simple something that I use to store my polishes. I just hate it when I cannot find the colour that I'm really looking (and my stash isn't that big), so during the pauzes from studying I started to polish some of those round circles to help your notes to be kept together.

Klean the edges with a pencil and you can stick them right on yr bottles :) 

But if you have some of those nasty bottles that are to small, I just put some polish on a used ringstickerthing and smear the polish of top of the bottle handle.

Blue turquoise flakies !

I just looooooove turquoise, makes me feel like spring :)

I couldn't manage to get the flakies right on the photos; I think my camera is sabotaging me when it comes to glitter, holographicness and flakies. The bastard.
